- Location Data: GPS coordinates when you grant location permission (used to find nearby salons)
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and IP address
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and interaction patterns

- OTP verification services for mobile number authentication

4.1 With Salon Owners
When you make a booking, we share your name, booking details, and special instructions with the relevant salon owner. We do not share your mobile number directly — communication happens through our platform.
4.2 Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party service providers including payment processors (Razorpay), SMS gateway providers, cloud hosting services, and analytics platforms. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of StyleHub, our users, or the public.
5. Location Data
StyleHub requests access to your device's location to show you salons within a 10 km radius. Location access is optional — you can deny it and manually enter your location. We collect location data only when the app is in use and with your explicit permission. Location data is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the service.
6. Payment Data
All payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. StyleHub does not store your complete card details, CVV, or banking credentials. We only retain transaction IDs, payment status, and amounts for booking records and refund processing.
The ₹30 booking fee and membership payments are processed securely. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within the timeframes specified in our Refund Policy.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the Service.
We use localStorage to store your session data and preferences locally on your device for a seamless experience.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are retained for 3 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request account deletion at any time, after which we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
11. Children's Privacy
StyleHub is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
