1. Introduction
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between StyleHub Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("StyleHub," "we," "us") and you, the salon owner ("Owner," "you"), governing your use of the StyleHub platform to list and manage your salon business.
By registering as a salon owner and activating a membership plan, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. This Agreement is in addition to, and not in replacement of, the general Terms & Conditions.
2. Onboarding Process
2.1 Registration
To list your salon on StyleHub, you must complete the following steps:
- Create an owner account with valid email and mobile number
- Complete OTP verification for your mobile number
- Submit your salon profile including name, address, photos, services, and pricing
- Select and pay for a membership plan
- Submit for admin verification and approval
2.2 Verification
StyleHub will review your salon profile within 24–48 hours of submission. We may request additional documentation including business registration, GST certificate, or identity proof. Your salon will go live only after admin approval.
2.3 Profile Requirements
Your salon profile must include at least one high-quality photo, accurate address, operating hours, at least 3 services with pricing, and contact information. Incomplete profiles may be rejected.
3. Membership Plans
StyleHub offers the following membership plans for salon owners:

3.1 What's Included
All membership plans include:
- Unlimited booking management
- Customer management dashboard
- Service and pricing management
- Staff/barber profile management
- Revenue analytics and reports
- Offer and combo management
- Review management with owner reply
- Online/offline status control
- Customer support access
3.2 Membership Renewal
Memberships do not auto-renew. You will receive reminder notifications 7 days and 3 days before expiry. Upon expiry, your salon listing will be deactivated until renewed. Existing bookings will be honored during the grace period of 48 hours post-expiry.
4. Membership Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Eligibility
Membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Platform Closure: If StyleHub permanently closes, a pro-rated refund for unused months will be issued
- Technical Issues: If the platform is inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, a pro-rated credit will be applied
- Admin Rejection: If your salon is rejected after payment for reasons not attributable to you, a full refund will be issued within 7 days
4.2 Refund Calculation
For eligible refunds, the amount is calculated as: (Remaining complete months / Total plan months) × Plan price. Partial months are not refunded.
4.3 No Refund Scenarios
- Voluntary cancellation of membership
- Account suspension due to policy violations
- Failure to complete salon profile
- Change of business decision
5. Salon Listing Standards
Your salon listing must comply with the following standards at all times:
- All information must be accurate and up-to-date
- Photos must be of your actual salon (no stock photos)
- Service prices must match what is charged at the salon
- Operating hours must be kept current
- Holiday/closure dates must be updated in advance
- Staff profiles must represent actual employees
StyleHub reserves the right to edit or remove listings that contain false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
6. Booking Management
6.1 Accepting Bookings
You must respond to booking requests (accept or decline) within 2 hours. Failure to respond will result in automatic acceptance. Consistently ignoring bookings may result in account suspension.
6.2 Declining Bookings
You may decline bookings for legitimate reasons (staff unavailability, salon closure, etc.). Declined bookings result in a full refund to the customer. Excessive declines without valid reason may affect your listing visibility.
6.3 Booking Code Verification
You must verify the customer's 4-digit booking code before providing service. Services provided without code verification are not covered by StyleHub's dispute resolution process.
6.4 Completing Bookings
Mark bookings as "Completed" in your dashboard after service delivery. This triggers the review request to the customer and updates your revenue analytics.
7. Payments & Platform Fees
StyleHub collects the ₹30 booking fee from customers on your behalf. This fee is deducted from the customer's final bill at your salon — you collect the remaining balance directly from the customer.
StyleHub retains the ₹30 booking fee as a platform service charge. There are no additional per-transaction fees beyond the membership plan cost.
For cancelled bookings where the fee is refunded to the customer, StyleHub absorbs the refund cost — you are not charged.
8. Owner Obligations & Code of Conduct
As a StyleHub partner, you agree to:
- Maintain valid business registration and comply with all local laws
- Provide services as advertised without hidden charges
- Treat all customers with respect regardless of gender, religion, or background
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards at your salon
- Not solicit customers to book outside the StyleHub platform
- Not manipulate reviews or ratings
- Respond to customer complaints within 24 hours
- Not share customer data with third parties
9. Suspension & Removal
StyleHub may suspend or permanently remove your salon listing for:
- Repeated negative reviews indicating poor service quality
- Verified customer complaints about fraud or misconduct
- Providing false information in your profile
- Violation of this Agreement or Terms & Conditions
- Non-payment of membership fees
- Discriminatory practices
For serious violations, removal may be immediate without prior notice. For minor violations, we will provide a warning and 7-day cure period before suspension.
10. Support
StyleHub provides customer support to salon owners through the in-app support chat. Our support team aims to respond within 12 hours during business days (Monday–Saturday, 9AM–6PM IST).
If the support team does not respond within 12 hours, a direct call option will be made available in the support chat interface. For urgent issues, you may also email support@stylehub.in.
11. Data & Analytics
StyleHub provides you with analytics about your salon's performance including booking trends, revenue reports, and customer insights. This data is for your business use only and may not be shared or sold to third parties.
StyleHub retains the right to use aggregated, anonymized data from your salon for platform improvement and market research purposes.
12. Agreement Term & Termination
This Agreement is effective from the date of your first membership payment and continues until terminated by either party. You may terminate by not renewing your membership. StyleHub may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' notice for business reasons, or immediately for policy violations.
Upon termination, your salon listing will be deactivated, pending bookings will be cancelled with full refunds to customers, and your account data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
By activating a membership plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Service Agreement. This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
